What can I say? This is a great manga. Through and through, if you like psychological battles, characters using their wit instead of their brawn this is for you. Alot of death, directly and from behind the scenes, this is the classic story about a young man name Light who gains control of a book that allows him, to kill anybody he wishes, by writing their first and last name in the DeathNote, by any means he so desire. This is a twist on most structures, because Light could be seen as the villian while L(The antagonist) can be seen as the hero. But, who outwits and finally achieves victory in the end, you just going to have to read it and find out on your own.

To be honest, Berserk is probably one of the most profound, horrific and best stories ever told. The characters and the depth of it is the best I ever seen, the realism of the world is incredible, the detail, the background everything is several times higher than even one piece. It's also one of the most tragic tales ever told in Manga history. It's about a man name Gutts who is betrayed by a longtime friend and witnesses a horor beyond all nightmares, and basically sacrificed for his friend's own dreams and ideals. So he ventures the world, killing monsters, saving innocents, while wallowing in that pain. This is manga for hardcore manga readers, casual readers wouldn't like this. I can tell you that, and the reason it's in third place is because it be taking months and months for new chapters, and yes, this manga has some of the most beautiful and glorious art EVER, HANDS DOWN.

If you want to know what it's like being mangaka, or how manga is made, distributed, and produced this is the manga for you. Plus, There's this OP character name Eiji, you'll love him!

A great manga about this boy name Gon who becomes a Hunter, in order to find his father who left earlier, to go on a hunter mission. This is a provocative manga, gruesome and all together one of the best mangas there is. The story, characters, abilities, depth of the world itself and the mechanics behind is simply divine. The only thing keeping this manga from higher glory is the fact that Togashi is a troll. For one, a new chapter is released every two years, when it should be weekly. Another thing, his art is pitiful, it looks like chicken scratches, worse art in all of manga history. But, he does get his team to redo after the volumes come out so that's a plus. But yeah, this manga is definitely just of hardcore manga readers.

This is one of the best new mangas around. It's about humans being near extinct and hunted by TItans, these big powerful creatures that eat humans, not for food, but just to eliminate. So one day, a new titan appears, a 50 meter titan that breaks the wall that separates humanity from titans. And Eren, the protagonist of this story, has to watch as his whole life is taken away and destroyed infront of him. So he goes and join up in the Scouting Legion to go out and slaughter all titans. This manga is similar to beserk, it's gritty, harsh and unforgiving. You make a mistake, nomatter who and what you are, you die. One of my favorites mangas as of now.

This is without doubt one of the best things I read online. Just the amount of detail, and depth this world has, is insane. It's almost unbelievable how much planning and just intricate storytelling is presented in this mangwha. It's about a boy who goes into a tower, to find his long lost friend. So he climbs, with other people who goes into the tower for fame, wealth, power and maybe something that surpasses it all. It's in color, though it's slow in the beginning it quickly picks up and becomes one of the greatest overall project. This manga is for all, everybody, enjoy the glory that is The Tower of God.

Many know this show and would know why I would name this one of the best tvshow animes out there. It's something like Death Note as in, a psychological, but also mechanical battle from the perspective of Lelouch Vi Britannia, a prince turned terrorist of sorts. He's the villian, but also the protagonist. Except unlike Light, he isn't a batshit insane antihero. His reasons and drives are reasonable and well thought out. This is the best series I ever watched, it's action packed, has a great story arc, this is an anime for any and everybody.

And Eren, the protagonist of this story, has to watch as his whole life is taken away and destroyed infront of him. So he goes and join up in the Scouting Legion to go out and slaughter all titans. This manga is similar to beserk, it's gritty, harsh and unforgiving. You make a mistake, nomatter who and what you are, you die. One of my favorites mangas as of now.
