What are your thoughts on the usage of this word? Do you believe only blacks should be allowed to use it, do you think whites/others are justified in using the word? Do you think the word should stop being spoken altogether?

I'm referring to the word "nigga", btw, not "nigger". Some make a distinction between the two, so that leads to the final question, do you believe there IS a distinction between then?
